Lillington Graded Tournament Entry Form

    Please note that your entry is not confirmed until you have received an email directly from the tournament organiser. If you do not receive one within five days please contact Richard Hancox.

    Late entries may be accepted but cannot be guaranteed.

    Please note that entries may close earlier if the tournament is over-subscribed.

    If entries are closed early, please contact Richard Hancox to place your name on the reserve list.

    Venue: St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre, Banbury Road, Warwick CV34 4QY. Car parking is available all day, please allow plenty of time to park and pay (the machine does not accept cash, only card or Ringo payments are permissible).

    Please complete the online entry form below, paying attention to the following notes:

    • The age group events take place in the morning and comprise Seniors, Juniors (Under 19), Cadets (Under 15) and Under 13.

    • The afternoon events are graded based on standard and comprise Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, Improvers and Beginners.

    • Select an option for both morning and afternoon event. If you are only entering one of the competitions, please select “no event” for the other.

    • The tournament committee will place competitors in appropriate grades for the afternoon competition based on playing standard. Please give an indication of your playing standard to assist them with this process.

    The tournament is open to all players and there is no need to be a member of a club or have an official rating

    • PLEASE NOTE THAT UMPIRING IS A CONDITION OF ENTRY.

    • WHERE POSSIBLE, UMPIRES WILL BE ALLOCATED TO MATCHES FROM THE PREVIOUS ROUND’S LOSERS.

    • ALL PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO HELP THE TOURNAMENT RUN SMOOTHLY BY UMPIRING WHEN REQUESTED.

    • PLAY WILL BE WITH WHITE BUTTERFLY R40+ 3* BALLS.

    Entry Fee payable on the day by cash or card payment:

    • Seniors – £14 per event or £25 all day (both events)

    • Students/Unwaged/Juniors (U19)/Cadets (U15)/Under 13s – £13 per event or £22 all day (both events)

    All entries are accepted on condition of full payment on or before the day of the tournament.

    Please note there is no facility for the provision of refreshments at this tournament. Please arrange your own food and drinks. The Centre does have machines dispensing drinks and snacks.

    The tournament organiser cannot accept responsibility for the safety, welfare or behaviour of any player or spectator. Players and spectators under the age of 18 should have a responsible parent or designated adult present at all times.

    The morning competition starts at 09:15. The afternoon competition starts at 13:15. Please ensure you have checked in at least 15 minutes before the start of the competition.

    We will always hold your contact details until the day after the date of the tournament in case we need to contact you with important information related to it (e.g. cancellation).

    Your details can only be accessed by our Tournament Organiser and will never be passed on to third parties.
